Town set close to North foothill of the Radhostske ridge. We may find there some interesting buildings like the city-hall on the square from 1890, today’s museum with ethnical exposition. The parish church of St. Martin from 1661 stands on a place of the ancient ancestral chapel. The Baroque church of St. Jan Krtitel is from the first third of 17th century. There is a Wallachian folklore Bethlehem from local woodcutter Josef Knezka. An interesting place is an area called Horecky, 2 kilometres southwestward of the town centre. A signed tourist path leads around Horecky. Except that there is a famous centre of ski jumping, where the first ski-jump from plastic was constructed in Czech Republic, the highest on the world at that time. You can use the chair-lift from close Raztoka to Pustevny. The original chair-lift was the first one in CR.
